What will happen to my Health Care Plan membership?

Due to the closure of our practice, all plans were cancelled from 29 July 2022.

If you were in debit with your plan, as a gesture of goodwill, we will honour products and services already received.

For any clients who had an active plan in place at the time of the announcement of the practice closure (20th June 2022), we will assess the services that they have already received compared to the number of payments made into the scheme and we will be in touch if any refund is due.
