We are excited to offer an Equine Client Care Assistant position based at our Hawkhurst clinic.
Hours: 23-35 per week (part-time)

We are looking for someone that has some equine experience and enjoys being customer focused! Every day is different where a range of skills are important. Expectations for the role include:
- Customer care experience both in person and over the phone
- Computer skills
- Handling difficult and sensitive situations
- Working in a team
The successful candidate will work alongside three other receptionists at Hawkhurst who will provide the training required. You will also work closely with our lovely team of vets, nurses and receptionists across all of our sites.
This role does require flexibility with working hours and will be shared between our Hawkhurst and Ashford clinics. The role requires a minimum of 23 hours a week at Hawkhurst and then a rota will be issued monthly to show any additional hours to cover holiday.
Please note that this role does not lead to patient care assistant or nurse training. We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative role and wants to progress in this field.
