Local Authority Riding School Inspections

Howard Newitt is licensed to perform annual riding school inspections on behalf of the local authorities. This is a legal requirement for all establishments offering riding tuition in addition to being registered with the local authority(council).

The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that the horses and premises are fit to be used to provide tuition and that the horses are kept to reasonable standards.
